Berry good news

Vegetarian Times,  Oct, 2002

We all know black raspberries taste great--think yogurt, pies and sorbet--but a study by Ohio State University's Comprehensive Cancer Center suggests that these juicy gems may also thwart colon cancer. Black raspberries are richer in antioxidants, the chemicals that inhibit tumors, by almost 40 percent than blueberries and strawberries.

The findings were published in the May 2002 issue of Nutrition and Cancer.
