Soy—Vegas style - trends - Brief Article

Vegetarian Times, April, 2003 by Akasha Richmond

One of the hardest-working chefs I know is Beth Ginsberg, author of The Taste for Living cookbooks and executive and corporate chef for philanthropist Michael Milken. Along with catering for some of Hollywood's healthiest eaters such as Golden Globe winner Michael Chiklis, Beth has served her soy creations as a guest chef at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and at the prestigious US Senate Dining Room in Washington, DC. Beth even shared her soy creations with 20/20's Barbara Walters and cooked tofu dishes on camera with food-savvy Martha Stewart.
