Eggs-acting comments - Letter to the Editor

I was prepared to have this letter full of complaints. I was going to point out Ms. Lund's statement in the February 2002 issue of VT where she said, "Why not banish heart hazards to the back burner and dig into a well-balanced vegetarian diet ...?" And I was going to tell you that I did not see evidence of VT practicing what Ms. Lund preaches.

Then I received the March 2003 issue of VT and found 17 vegan recipes and only 10 recipes that include dairy/eggs.

So, instead of writing a critical letter, I am writing one of praise. Thank you for this positive change. I hope to see the pattern continue.
