Make sure you get your vitamin C at the National Academy of Science's daily recommendation--90 mg for men, 75 mg for women--through eating fruits and vegetables. People who obtain their vitamin C through their diets have the healthiest blood pressure levels, says a study conducted by the University of California at Berkeley, the results of which were published in the May 2, 2002 issue of Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences.
