Alternative medicine guru Andrew Weil, MD, must be wild for mushrooms--he will be speaking at the annual Telluride Mushroom Festival in spectacular Telluride, Colorado, August 21-24. Weil also will be judging the Telluride Mushroom Cook-Off Feast and presenting the Mushroom Toque Award to the chef who creates the best mushroom-based dish.
