The newest trend in bread comes from French Meadow Bakery (www.frenchmeadow.com). Choose from soy-enhanced Woman's Bread, heart-healthy Men's Bread, sprouted Healthseed Spelt Bread and Healthy Hemp Sprouted Bread. I served French Meadow breads at the Sunset Marquis Oasis, an annual event held at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in Los Angeles during Oscar week.
