If you're in Cambridge, Massachusetts, have dinner at Chef Didi Emmons' restaurant, Veggie Planet, located in Club Passim, the oldest folk music venue in the country (617.661.1513). Didi can cook a pizza in two and a half minutes with organic dough made by the Bakery at Haley House in Boston's South End.
