A cause to celebrate

An all-vegan feast was all the rage at the Guardian Awards held October 2003 in Santa Monica. Kudos to the chefs from Casa del Mar, whose food took a backseat only to the renowned chimpanzee and primate expert Jane Goodall. The event honored her with a lifetime achievement award for her work with these animals.
