Vosges is a premium chocolate company founded by Katrina Markoff, whose world travels inspired her to create specialty chocolate bars such as Black Pearl, a dark chocolate bar flavored with Japanese ginger, wasabi and black sesame seeds. Katrina also makes exotic couture cocoas, such as her Aztec Elixir, which is flavored with cinnamon and chilies.
