I was so happy to see Crescent Dragonwagon in your February 2004 issue. Her cookbook Passionate Vegetarian is absolutely wonderful. Her vibrant personality shines throughout the book. She has integrated food with everyday life in a way no other author has. Her book is the only cookbook I have read (yes, read I read it cover to cover!) that had me laughing and crying. She is indeed a treasure.
