This nectar in a jar is made from Sicilian organic toasted hazelnuts and master apiarist Giuseppe Follino's organic Acacia honey from Tuscany. I've been fortunate to spend time with Giuseppe and his wife, Anna, who makes the best Eggplant Parmesan and Italian-Style Seitan I have ever eaten.
