Vegetarian Times, Sept, 2004 by Nicole Couchot

Thank you for the information about vegan marshmallows ("Letters," July/August 2004). I get many other magazines, but yours is by far the best. I find recipes in every single issue that I make, and every one of them has been outstanding. I'm so happy to have a magazine for my lifestyle, and I like how you incorporate vegan recipes or substitutes.
