My new favorite Web site for everything organic is www.diamondorgananucs.com (800.ORGANIC). Along with fresh-cut flowers, produce, groceries, soy foods, and fair-trade coffee and chocolate, Diamond offers a variety of home-cooked meals: vegetable pot pies, lasagnas, quiches, soups and breads.

Baked goods made with spelt flour (my personal favorite) include fresh fruit pies, dessert breads, a blueberry crisp and a chocolate chip-macadamia nut cookie that I can't wait to try.
