Take standard South western foods such as corn, beans and tomatoes, and enhance them with the traditional regional flavors of chile powder, cumin, cilantro and chipotles for this elegant yet simple brunch. It's a celebratory meal that will wow any crowd. So invite your friends over, or gather your family for a fun, festive brunch. Either way, you can shrink or expand the recipes to fit the party. Have a happy, healthful New Year--and eat well!
