Vibrant Life, Jan-Feb, 2004

A British husband and wife team are pointing their fingers at milk as the cause for the chronic fatigue, arthritis, and bowel problems of millions of their fellow citizens.

Dr. Stephanie Matthews and Professor Anthony Campbell believe that the sufferers are intolerant to lactose, a sugar that naturally occurs in milk.

Dr. Matthews who runs a special clinic dealing with lactose-intolerant patients at Llandough Hospital in Cardiff, Wales, said more than 250 patients showed marked and often complete improvements in their health after cutting milk from their diets.
