Leonard A. Wilkerson, DO, MBA, MPH, is chief medical officer for United Healthcare of North and South Carolina, located in Greensboro, N.C. He was formerly the medical director of medical management for CIGNA HealthCare of Tennessee. Wilkerson is a graduate of the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his family practice residency at the Naval Regional Medical Center, Camp Pendleton, Calif.
