Physician Executive, Jan-Feb, 2003

April 27 - 29

The Westin, New York at Times Square

The Educational Event for Experienced Physician Executives

ACPE has rededicated itself to providing fresh, new educational opportunities for our most experienced physician executives. The Vanguard Meeting offers a more diverse and robust format than any previous ACPE program.

You will design a personalized educational experience around important topics in a format that best suits your needs and learning style. All this set against the background of New York City.

High Level Briefings: Gain perspective on the industry through three Briefing Sessions: Health Care Policy, Clinical Perspectives and Future Trends in Medical Management

Tailored Educational Modules:

* Study current topics in medical management during In-Depth Workshops OR

* Uncover the "stories behind the headlines" in focused, Update Sessions OR

* Discuss the impact of the changing health care environment with peers at Member-to-Member Roundtables.

The Executive Challenge: Engage in a simulation exercise that teaches hard management lessons through "participative gaming."

Pre-Meeting Opportunities: Time and resources can be made available for groups that wish to get together for a "meeting within a meeting"

Stretch Sessions: These offer opportunities you probably did not expect at ACPE! You'll stretch your definition of leadership topics and you'll stretch your legs as you go out and experience New York City.

Include Your Spouse or Guest: There will be a number of opportunities to include your spouse or guest with you in the programs and activities.

Don't Miss the Vanguard Meeting
