John P. Keats

John P. Keats, MD, CPE, FACOG, is president and medical director of California HealthFirst Physicians. This is a new medical group in central and southern California, formed as part of the physician alignment strategy of Catholic Healthcare West, a 41-hospital system in California, Arizona and Nevada. Keats received his BS and MD degrees from Brown University and became a Certified Physician Executive through ACPE in 2002. Formerly, he was medical director for Buenaventura Medical Group, a 60-physician multispecialty group in Ventura, CA, where he still resides.
