Internationally known author, consultant and speaker, Lois Frankel, PhD, will deliver two presentations at the Spring Institute in Las Vegas. Frankel's keynote presentation, "Overcoming Your Strengths," will be made at the Awards Breakfast on Monday, April 26 and addresses the most common mistakes that successful people make to derail their careers. She'll also share tips to ensure long-term leadership success.

Frankel will also be presenting a special bonus session on Sunday evening. "Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office" is a presentation of particular interest to women in medicine and management, but is intended for all physician leaders who face social obstacles to advancing their careers.

As president of Corporate Coaching International based in Pasadena, Calif., Frankel's clients include Amgen, Warner Brothers, Lockheed Martin and Cedar Sinai Medical Center. She speaks on leadership and career advancement and is a frequent guest on television and radio programs.
