Barry K. Herman, MD, MMM, CPE, FACPE, is senior director, regional medical & research specialist, neurosciences, at Pfizer, Inc. Herman joined Pfizer in July of 2001, and the promotion is in recognition of his sustained performance and leadership. He was previously a director on the CNS Team. Herman, a child & adolescent psychiatrist, has also recently been clected to serve on the board of the American Association of Psychiatric Administrators, and was appointed to serve as that organization's representative to the American Psychiatric Association's Assembly, the governing body of the APA.
