PILOT PEN TENNIS TOURNAMENT SWEEPSTAKES Official rules:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter, write on a postcard deliverable by the U.S. Post Office your name, address, age, daytime and evening phone numbers with area code and your email address (if available) and mail to: Pilot Pen Tennis Tournament Sweepstakes c/o Shape, One Park Ave., NY, NY 10016. Entries must be received by Monday, August 2, 2004. Multiple mailed entries are permitted, but only one entry per envelope will be accepted. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied or facsimile entries are void. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or illegible entries. Winner will be selected by random drawing on, or about, Friday, August 6, by representatives from Shape whose decision will be final. Winner will be notified immediately by phone. Sponsors are not responsible for incomplete, postage due, lost, late, damaged, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries (or any component thereof) or mail or for inaccurate entry or contest related information provided by Sponsors.

Prizes and approximate retail value: 1 Grand prize: 2 nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at the Omni New Haven Hotel with transportation between the Omni and Connecticut Tennis Center. Winner will also receive tickets to 4 sessions of the Pilot Pen Tennis Tournament, passes to additional New Haven events, and a $50 American Express gift check. Approximate total retail value of complete prize package: $1000.00.

General rules: Open only to residents of the fifty United States, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Shape, American Media, Inc., Pilot Pen, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband and wife) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Potential winner must submit an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 7 days of attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner and guest must execute a Release of Liability. Accommodations must be used on dates specified by Sponsors. Accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must lodge together. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner consents that sponsors may use Winner's name, photograph, or other like-nesses. Winner's hometown and biographical information, statements concerning the contest entry, or Sponsors' products without compensation for purposes of advertising, promotion, and merchandising, and grant all rights to edit or modify and to publish and copyright it. Winner must also make him/her self available to travel at Sponsors' expense for promotional purposes. By accepting prize, Winner agrees to hold Sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this promotion. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner is responsible for own transportation to/from place of residence and the Omni New Haven Hotel.
