This 30-minute, no-nonsense program consists of a quick warm-up, 15 minutes of abintensive standing cardio work, 10 minutes of floor ab work and a fast cool-down. We love the blend of unique, creative moves with old favorites, the high energy and the fact that instructor Cat Chiarelli wastes no time getting you right into the workout.

The downside? Beginners may need more detailed direction than is provided for some of the standing exercises to do them properly.--L.L.
