Pink-ribbon beauty: October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we've rounded up these great products that support the cause

1. Aveda Hand Relief ($20; aveda.com) softens hands with meadowfoam-seed oil. Four dollars from each purchase will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).

2. Indigo Wild Betsey Zum Soap ($16; indigowild.com) is scented with lemon and lavender and named in honor of Indigo Wild employee "Betsey," a breast-cancer survivor. Twenty-five percent from each sale will go to the National Breast Cancer Coalition Fund (NBCCF).

3. B-glowing.com will send this fluffy pink bath sponge in the shape of a hydrangea to anyone who spends $50 or more on this beauty product website during October. Ten percent of all proceeds from website sales during the month of October will go to BCRF.

4. ModelCo Tan Airbrush In A Can ($36; sephora.com) gives skin a luminous glow, while ingredients like cocoa butter keep your body hydrated. One dollar from every purchase will go to the American Breast Cancer Foundation.

5. L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream ($23; usa.loccitane.com) blends honey, almond and coconut oil with shea butter for a super-rich moisturizing cream. Fifteen percent of the proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

6. Body Systems Pomegranate Sugar Scrub ($12.50; body-systems.net for retail locations) contains skin-sloughing cane sugar and hydrating glycerin that will leave skin feeling oh-so-soft and silky smooth. Twenty percent of the proceeds will go to BCRF.

7. GoSmile Morning Rush AM Mini Toothpaste ($6; sephora.com) boasts both silica and white cranberry powder to help keep teeth stain-free. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

8. Bath Petals California Rose Garden Bath Salts ($30; bathpetals.com) contains all-natural ingredients and pure essential oils (such as rose and geranium) with crushed red rose petals to give your bath a spa-like feel. Fifteen percent from the price of each bottle sold will be donated to the Breast Cancer Fund.

1. Essie Pink Ribbon Polish ($8; essie.com) is a light-pink nail polish with a hint of shimmer. Thirty percent of the proceeds from polish sales will go to the Libby Ross Foundation.

2. Estee Lauder Pink Ribbon Compact ($45) is a gold compact that's adorned with a jeweled pink ribbon and can be filled with transparent Lucidity Pressed Powder ($9.50; both from estee lauder.com). Up to $7 from the sale of each compact will go to BCRF.

3. Sephora BCA Lip Brush ($12; sephora.com) is a retractable brush for lips that contains the iconic pink ribbon on its silver container. Five dollars from the sale of each lip brush will go to the Komen Foundation.

4. Lorac Platinum Pinks Lip Gloss Palette ($25; sephora.com) contains three luscious pink glosses that look terrific worn alone or mixed together. One hundred percent of the proceeds go to NBCCF.

5. Prescriptives Intensive Eye Treatment ($45; prescriptives.com) moisturizes and smoothes the delicate eye area and minimizes lines. Four dollars from the sale of each eye cream will go to BCRF.

6. Ramy Beauty Therapy Hint of a Cure ... in a Pot! ($20; ramy.com) is a cream gel blush for cheeks, eyes and lips in a very wearable pinkish mauve--from New York City makeup artist Ramy Gafni, a cancer survivor himself. All profits from the gel blush go to the Young Survival Coalition.

7. Nurturing Force Refreshment For Your Face ($14 each or $25 for both; nurturingforce.com) are blotting papers that zap oil and T-zone shine using natural fibers. Available in two fragrances: uplifting rose and soothing lavender. Twenty percent of profits will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.

8. Tarte Heart-to-Tarte Lip Balm ($12; tartecosmetics.com) is a vitamin E- and avocado-packed hydrating lip gloss in a sheer pink. A portion of the proceeds go to the Young Survival Coalition.

9. Stila BCA Lip Pot ($16; stila cosmetics.com) is a pink lip tint that adds moisture and shine. Up to 20 percent of profits will go to BCRF.

10. Clinique Shimmering Tones Powder in Signature Pink ($26.50; clinique.com) brightens any complexion with a variety of pink illuminating blushes. Eight dollars from the sale of each palette will go to BCRF.

11. Zia Natural Skincare French Clay Purifying Mask ($24; zia natural.com) tightens pores and draws out skin-dulling impurities with a blend of pink French clay and herbs. One dollar from the sale of each mask will go to NBCCF.

12. Revlon Kiss For the Cure Super Lustrous Lipgloss ($7; at drugstores) is available in bright Sweetheart Pink, ruby-hued Pink Promise, silvery Pink Afterglow and bubble-gum Shine That Pink. For each one sold during the month of October, Revlon will contribute $1 to NBCCF.

1. Conair Mini Metal Pro ($20; conair.com) is a travel-size 800-watt hair dryer that includes a mini brush; both are housed in a pink travel case. Fifteen percent of proceeds will go to BCRF.

2. Xe-la Soothing Nursery Aromasticks ($40; xelaaromasticks.com) contains calming chamomile, patchouli and jasmine. Ten percent of proceeds will benefit the Komen Foundation.
