I know of another one that does a great job of getting clients to lose weight that is sustainable. Spa Body Makeover from the television show Extreme Makeover helps you to lose weight and then teaches you to follow the program after you leave. The program is fairly expensive but you get a lot for your money. Their website is <a rel="nofollow" href>http://www.weight-loss-spa-vacation.com</a and they have all their reviews on their site. You can also find them on Spa Finder's website if you search for Spa Body Makeover.
