Meal Planning

Kudos on the excellent menu-planning story "3 Meals in One" by Monica Gullon (February). It's just the thing for today's domestically challenged, nutrition- and budget-minded women. The shopping lists, nutrition tips and recipes were invaluable.

I've been exercising regularly and eating healthfully for years, but my recipe repertoire has been limited to salad mixed with some kind of steamed protein or pasta with lots of veggies and bottled sauce. I just didn't know what else to make. Please make this type of story a monthly feature.

Forming Good Habits

I've recently begun reading Shape, and I love it. I've never had to worry about gaining weight, but I've realized that if I want to maintain my weight, I should start paying attention to my eating and exercise habits. Shape has given me great tips and advice on how to live more healthfully.

Mean Greens

Victoria Abbott Riccardi's article "The Most Important Foods for Weight Loss" (January) was a great primer on all the different phytochemicals that are out there and where they are found. I have been looking for natural sources of lutein, and now I know what to eat to get more of this essential nutrient Thanks for this useful article.
