#5 Spring Clean Your Wardrobe: For spring, you want fashions that are flirty and fun-not to mention a body to match. Take last year's clothes out of storage and make sure they're clean and ironed. Hang up the ones that fit, and the hold onto the ones that don't-I'll bet that in a month, they will.
#4 Take It Outside! The weather's warm, and your workout routine needs a revamp. Outdoor workouts-running, rollerblading, biking-are a great way to refresh your motivation when you can't face another moment on the elliptical machine.
#3 Stage a Walk Out: You've been hibernating for months. It's time to break out! Find any reason to go outside-pick up your lunch instead of ordering in, take 20 minutes to run errands during your lunch hour-whatever gets you outside to enjoy the weather!
#2 Banish Winter Weight: Get rid of those souvenir pounds from the holidays! Purge your diet of greasy, fatty foods, limit your sodium and up your daily water quotient to 8-10 glasses a day at least. Start every day with a healthy breakfast like Special K or a Special K cereal bar, then follow it up with a light lunch and a sensible dinner that incorporates tons of veggies. After just a few days, you'll start to shed the water weight you've been storing and gain more energy.
#1 Don't Hesitate to Exfoliate: Get your skin summer-ready! Exfoliate daily with mild body wash (I love one with a fresh scent for spring!) and a soft loofah. Then moisturize-and don't forget your SPF-a girl should never leave home without it!
