The Chicago Botanic Garden's expanded menu of lifestyle courses--including fitness walks, the Feldenkrais Method, Tai Chi, and Yoga--are now being made available to the general public. In the past, these classes were offered to Garden members only.
The new lifestyles program reflects a vision of using the restorative qualities of plants and nature to promote the well-being of all members and visitors.
