According to a poll by career site Vault (www.vault.com), 14% of working professionals admit to having lied on their resumes. Another 20% made a less-inflammatory confession to "fudging a few things." While a slim margin of the 66% who say they've never faked a resume said a fear of getting caught kept them honest the majority (54%) said the reason was that they don't need to lie Yes, apparently they are that good.

Or really big liars.
