Grass roots cross marketing includes a '70s-themed compilation CD featuring hits from Kansas, Boston, Santana, REO Speedwagon and Toto, plus other '70s-influenced CDs and movies. Virginmega.com is sponsoring an original songwriting contest in which the grand-prize winner receives a recording studio valued at $6,000, courtesy of Roland Musical Instruments.
