Consumer Hangups

> According to a survey by Mobius Management Systems, Rye, N.Y, nearly 75% of consumers polled online said that fast, reliable customer service was key to their decision in selecting a service provider, such as a credit card issuer, mortgage ]ender or wireless communication vendor. If it consistently took more than 10 minutes to connect to a live phone rep, 91% said they'd change vendors, though only half said they'd spend more money to switch.
