Miramax Films has signed on with SightSound.com, a online distributor of movies and music based in Mt. Lebanon, Pa., to allow pay-per-view downloading of 12 films from certain Miramax Web sites. SightSound will encode and encrypt the selected films, which have not been chosen yet, as well as process the e-commerce transactions for Miramax.
