Hollywood-based Total Film Group acquired graphic design firm Dyer Communications, online marketing company Skyrocket Interactive and feature film ad boutique Michel/Russo. The three now form Total Creative, aimed at being a one-stop branding shop for TV, features and corporate identifies and products.

MWW Group, East Rutherford, NJ., acquired L.A.-based Englander Group, which will now operate under the parent firm's nameplate with Harvey Englander as svp-gm ... PERSONNEL: As part of a $3.8 billion deal that will enable Allied Domecq to focus on spirits and its key fast food chains via sale of its London-based pubs group to Whitbread, and amid grousing by stockholders about its British-based retailing revenues, Tony Hales is stepping down as CEO after 8 years with the company. CFO Philip Bowman will take over.
