AT&T, Blockbuster, Levi's, Motorola, Pepsi, Sega, Sony Electronics and Taco Bell all signed up as sponsors of the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards, airing live Sept. 7 from N.Y's Radio City Music Hall. Nominees for the 17th annual ceremony will be announced in July ... A new addition to November's 74th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will be a 68-foot long Cassie balloon, a character from the animated series, Dragon Tales.
