NEW YORK-Aeromexico, Air France, Delta and Korean Air take a step closer toward branding themselves under one umbrella by introducing the SkyTeam alliance. Banking on the strength of Air France and Delta's service product, SkyTeam last weekend bowed "Caring More About You" print ads from Air France's agency EuroRSCG/Betc in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia.

The ads, featuring a puzzle missing a central piece, ask "What's missing in airline alliances?" The response is "You. "Two 15-second TV spots air this week with tagline "Putting you back in the picture." Among the seamless service perks for top frequent fliers is one-time check-in when connecting with partner airlines and shared elite status in frequent flier programs entitling members to priority check-in, preferred seating and airport lounge access.
