Wendy's restaurants partners with Garfield for the latest giveaway in the chain's Kids' Meal program. The 7-week series will issue five different Garfield toys in meal bags. 15.VH-1 is manning the Dream works promotional video with the movie's fictitious band chiming in as their tour bus plays Elton John's 'Tiny Dancer." But, as the lengthy song does not comport to attention deficit modern video standards, the VH-1 version was edited to omit the lyric-free piano bridges--an odd editing choice for a film devoted to the love of '70s music...The 13th season of the WGBH-produced PBS documentary series, The American Experience, begins Oct. 16 with a two-part series, The Rockefellers, and a new, streamlined logo that drops the article from the series name, making it just American Experience; but, it does retain the image of Old Glory. The makeover comes after author David McCullough dropped narrating duties.
