SEATTLE--Holland America Cruise Line tells commuters chilling in New York, Philadelphia and Chicago rail stations that "It's Warmer Where We Sail" with banners, wallscapes and kiosks showing blue skies, beaches and swimsuit clad vacationers. The winter campaign beckons commuters to check out HAL's Caribbean destinations by calling a travel agent or the company's toll-free number.
