EMBRAER, a Brazilian aircraft manufacturer, will invest US$25 million to build a manufacturing plant in China as part of a joint venture with Harbin Aircraft Industry Group and Hafel Aviation Industry, subsidiaries of state-owned China Aviation Industry Corporation II. The new entity will be called Harbin Embraer Aircraft Industry Company.
