Mexico signed a new tax treaty with Australia to reduce double taxation and prevent tax evasion in both countries

MEXICO signed a new tax treaty with Australia to reduce double taxation and prevent tax evasion in both countries. The new treaty will become effective July 2004 and is expected to boost Australian investment in Mexico, which exceeded US$770 million in 2003.
