> Brazil's health agency, Agencia Nacional de Vigilancia Sanitraia, issued a resolution effective May 2003 restricting tobacco advertisement and prohibiting the production and marketing of food or candy shaped as cigarettes or any product derived from tobacco. The agency also passed a resolution banning the electronic or printed distribution of tobacco products, making online advertising illegal.
