In Evolve!
Latin Trade, June, 2001
In Evolve! (Harvard Business School Press), Rosabeth Moss Kanter predicts how the Internet will change the way we work. She maintains that the biggest obstacles to those changes aren't founded in technological tools but, rather, in employee and management attitudes. Kanter believes that the best employees will be those who think of change as a way of life.
Shortly before Evolve! went to press, Kanter added two new chapters to address the latest changes in the e-commerce market.
