* The Good

Small, very small. Light, which is expected since HP is selling this printer to the traveling executive. Prints fast and clean, and it's easy to connect and use. Slick wireless printing option, too.

* The Bad

Dense color charts and pictures were grainy at the best settings. If you're going to print a slide show or marketing materials, this falls far short of the mark.

* Who Should Buy

Trade show folks will like the portability and speed, Not a bad choice for cramped student quarters, either.

* Who Should Not

If glossy output on weighty paper is key to your presentation, stick to the dependable copy shop when you take your next trip.
