MEXICO, through state-owned holding company Cintra, approved a plan to sell Grupo Aerovias de Mexico (made up of airlines Aeromexico and Aerolitoral), Grupo Mexicana de Aviacion (made up of Mexicana and Click), Aeromexpress, and Alas de America. The Cintra board will offer in a first round 51% of each airline group.
