In addition, EBITDA is not a term defined by generally accepted accounting principles, and, as a result, the measure of EBITDA presented herein may not be comparable to similarly titled measures used by other companies.

(3) Includes both on-net direct connections with Intermedia-owned fiber optic cable and on-net extended connections with leased circuits.
