mPhase Technologies Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: XDSL) of Norwalk Connecticut, an upstart hi-tech company, recently took a major step towards changing the way information is delivered to and from your home and business.

At the forefront of the telecommunications revolution. A new product called the Traverser Digital Video and Data Delivery System allows users to talk on the phone, watch up to 400 channels of digital television programming and get high speed internet access over their one existing home phone line -- all at the same time. The Traverser is also being used by businesses to download large documents at an advanced speed, or conduct video teleconferencing with seamless connections.

mPhase Technologies has recently launched an expanded trial of its Traverser System in Hartwell, Georgia, to include multiple users at various business and residence locations in the community. The purpose of the trial is to enable thorough beta testing of the technology prior to entering into production of the system planned for the end of this year.

Its mission is to be the predominant provider of innovative technology solutions to telecommunications carriers worldwide.
