Komodo Technology, Inc. Tuesday announced it has signed an OEM agreement with Leadtek Research Inc., a leading distributor of computer and Internet-related products. Komodo's Internet telephony technology will be found in Leadtek's WinFast IPhone 100, now selling in select markets.

Komodo is a leading developer of Internet telephony products using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology. Its breakthrough technology turns any ordinary phone into an Internet phone, allowing consumers to make free long distance calls to family and friends worldwide. Clear and natural phone conversations are made over the Internet without a personal computer.

"The advance of IP technology has enabled consumers to readily place telephone calls through the Internet," said Dr. Wen H. Chen, Komodo's vice president, technology. "We are pleased Leadtek has embraced our technology and is selling products for the new networked world."
