COMSAT World Systems announced Tuesday that it has signed a multi-year satellite communications contract with AT&T. The new contract will extend AT&T's existing commitments for satellite circuits which provide high-quality international voice and data services, in exchange for increased volume discounts.
"AT&T is a long-standing valued customer of COMSAT," said COMSAT President and Chief Executive Officer Betty Alewine. "COMSAT is pleased to strengthen its relationship with AT&T and create the best possible solutions to meet their growing requirements in this fast-changing global telecommunications marketplace."
