"I am very excited to be entrusted with building on our considerable E-commerce successes. The exemplary work of everybody involved has resulted in on-line sales growing to 12% of our Q3 1999 total revenues, and the development of strategic marketing and sales alliances with over 500 on-line partners. I look forward to continuing this momentum, and to accelerating efforts to more fully utilize the Internet for customer service and support," said Young.
