Time Warner Telecom Inc., a leader in building fiber networks to offer data, Internet and voice for local businesses, today named Michael Rouleau as Sr. Vice President - Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Rouleau was formerly Vice President of Marketing for U S WEST !NTERPRISE Networking.
"Mike Rouleau adds depth and experience to our marketing team as we continue to develop and offer reliable data and Internet services to our customers," said Larissa Herda, Time Warner Telecom's President and CEO. "This is the first of many steps we are taking to enhance our data strategy. Mike's vision and expertise will build upon the momentum we have created in the market. He will lead our efforts to offer additional innovative products and services to customers over our fiber, facilities-based networks."

Mr. Rouleau was responsible for the launch of MegaBit and !NTERACT Services, and for the management of a $2.2 Billion product portfolio focused on network-based transport and applications solutions for U S WEST !NTERPRISE. He was responsible for product development, marketing and management of voice, data and video network services that included MegaBit (xDSL), ISDN, Frame Relay, Cell Relay, Private Line, Complex Voice and AIN services. "Time Warner Telecom is an industry leader in building fiber networks and bringing innovative products to market," said Mr. Rouleau. "It is exciting to join a company that is well-positioned to provide next generation data, Internet and voice products to customers." Mr. Rouleau has more than 17 years data and telecom industry experience. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis and resides with his family in Denver.
