Cambridge Telcom Report, Sept 6, 1999

Ted A. Bohrer, Vice President of e-Net Financial Corporation has announced that Omnetrix International, the joint venture partner of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, City Pacific International, is initiating a bandwidth resale program.

Mr. William Van Vliet, President of Omnetrix International, stated "market surveys indicate an enormous need exists for bandwidth in the 1 to 3 T1 range, (1.5 mbps to 4.5 mbps). This under-served market includes internet providers, small telecom carriers, and large organizations. Effective marketing to this customer base will be key to success in this program."
