Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc., a subsidiary of Global Crossing Ltd. (Nasdaq: GBLX), which is building and operating the world's most advanced global IP-based fiber optic network, Monday announced enhancements to its Partners Program.
The program, offering agents, systems integrators, consultants, and value added resellers (VARs) the opportunity to provide Global Crossing's integrated communications solutions to their customers, now features an exclusive Partners Extranet that combines the convenience of the Web with the quality of the Global Crossing Partners Program (www.globalcrossing.com/partners).

Partners benefit from 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week access to this exclusive new extranet which provides online contract forms, order forms, capability presentations, and FAQs. Other Web-based tools available include product and pricing information, customer service letters, network design schematics, proposal support and partner reports.

The partner program boasts a precise compensation arrangement, with comprehensive systems for accurate reporting, an industry-leading service level agreement that provides guaranteed customer satisfaction and unmatched partner support with online training and retention assistance. In addition, partners will be able to manage their Global Crossing services from their desktop with uCommand, Global Crossing's Web-based network management tool that enables real-time service management.
Global Crossing Partners offer their customers integrated data solutions designed to bundle seamlessly with Global Crossing's local and long distance communication services. Global Crossing's expansive state-of-the-art, worldwide fiber optic network enables its partners to offer a wide range of reliable broadband networking solutions and to extend premier service to their clients.
Authorized Global Crossing partners agree to endorse Global Crossing services. Partners receive commissions based on their net sales of eligible Global Crossing services.
